- To promote, develop and extend commerce, trade, and industry between India & the Arab countries.
- Assist in settling upjoint ventures in India and the Arab countries in collaboration with individuals, firms, companies, and corporation of Indian and Arab Nationality or Origin.
- Aid, stimulate, and, promote the mutual Interests of India and the Arab countries and generaly to encourage and facilitate the transaction of business and trade between them in both dtrections.
- Protect the commercial interests of all persons and companies engaged in reciprocal comerce between India and the Arab world.
- To make representation to the government in regards to legislative and other measures affecting trade, commerce, and industry between India and the Arab countries.
- Collect publish and disseminate statistics and other information relating to Indo-Arab Commerce & Industries.
- Establish forum for discussion and delibration of matters of mutual interests of members and to Indo-Arab Economic and Commercial Co-operative.
